Downloads & installation
This manual mainly describes the web interface — it runs in the browser and needs no installation. The same Zeiterfassung is also available as a Windows client and as a mobile app. All programs share the same data; you sign in everywhere with your Benutzername (username) and Mandant (tenant) — see Signing in.
Windows clients
Section titled “Windows clients”The download page offers three Windows programs:

Installing a Windows client
Section titled “Installing a Windows client”-
Open zeit.itm-gruppe.com/download and click the download button for the program you want. A file (usually a ZIP archive) is downloaded.

Extract the downloaded ZIP archive into any folder — do not run it straight from inside the archive.

Run the included setup and follow the installer’s instructions. Installation may require administrator rights on the PC — ask your IT if in doubt.

Start the program. On first launch, enter the Mandant and your credentials; after that the client signs in automatically.
Mobile app (iOS & Android)
Section titled “Mobile app (iOS & Android)”The ITM Zeiterfassung app puts time recording on your phone: clock in and out on the go, and check your own balance and recent bookings. You sign in with the same credentials as on the web.
Screenshots are taken from a test tenant and show sample data. Your interface may differ depending on role, licence and configuration.
